It is not stored anywhere – neither on LoopO, nor in the app, nor on our servers. If you forget it, there is **no recovery procedure**. This form is therefore your **only safety net**: it contains Base Code + Secret Code combined, which allow all your passwords to be regenerated. **Where should I keep this form?** Only in a **physical safe** (bank vault, home safe, secure deposit box). **Never** a digital copy (cloud, email, hard drive), **never** a photo. Only one copy, in a single safe place. **What should I do if I forget my Secret Code?** Use this form. Subtract the Base Code and the Identifier from a noted complete password. Example: `G7$kL2@qZp7k!429EM` – `G7$kL2@qZp` – `EM` = `7k!429`. **Do I need to update the form after every change?** Yes, absolutely. Every time you change an identifier or add a new account, update the form and replace the old version kept in the safe. **What if I lose both the LoopO and the form?** Recovery is then **impossible**. You must reset each account via the providers' recovery procedures (security questions, backup codes, support contact). This is why backing up the form is crucial from the very first configuration. **Can I scan this form to keep it digitally?** **No, never.** A scan produces a vulnerable digital copy (remote theft, accidental sharing, malware).
